Most retreat venues lean on the décor; this one leans on the land. The Grange Hub sits in 80 acres of regenerating Welsh countryside in Monmouthshire, with a calm, light interior and direct access to wood pasture, meadow and quiet places to sit.
Why Hold a Retreat Here
Retreats work when the surroundings do some of the lifting. At The Grange that means real silence, free-roaming animals, miles of regenerating habitat and a slower pace built into the place. Inside, the Hub gives you a comfortable workshop space with good light, full AV and a kitchen.

Facilitation
Dr Chloe Constable lives and works on the project and is a Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Psychotherapist. She can design or co-deliver bespoke wellbeing, nature connection and team reset sessions, drawing on clinical experience and the rewilding context. You're equally welcome to bring your own facilitator and use the venue as a calm backdrop.
A Sample Retreat Day
- Slow arrival with tea and a short grounding session in the Hub
- Guided walk across the rewilding site with structured reflection prompts
- Market garden lunch on the covered decking
- Afternoon workshop or nature connection session
- Closing circle and unhurried departure
Pair With Cabin Stays
The Hub is a day venue, but the experience deepens when guests stay over. Our two off-grid cabins sit a short walk away in their own quiet corners of the project, and we can also point you to local stays in Monmouth and Abergavenny for larger groups.
