Together we can develop a bespoke agenda that best suits your needs, but options could include:
-
Research shows that a positive workplace culture improves employee engagement and wellbeing, productivity and retention. Through engaging and interactive sessions, we can help teams explore relevant topics such as effective communication, team working and psychological safety. These workshops go beyond the theoretical, equipping staff with practical strategies to cultivate a more collaborative and supportive environment. Tailored to your organisation's needs, your team will be left with actionable insights that can be immediately applied in their daily roles.
-
In these facilitated discussions, we create a space for your team to step back from daily tasks and focus on the bigger picture. Surrounded by the inspiring natural setting of the Grange Project, your team will be guided through thought-provoking conversations aimed at aligning around long-term objectives and strategic vision. Whether you're refining existing plans or exploring new directions, these discussions are designed to encourage open dialogue, creativity, and forward-thinking. By examining both the challenges and opportunities ahead, we help teams identify clear pathways to achieve sustainable growth and success while fostering a shared sense of purpose and cohesion.
-
Immerse your team in the natural beauty of the Grange Project with our rewilding volunteering and nature connection walks. These sessions provide a hands-on opportunity for your team to contribute to the rewilding efforts while learning about the importance of restoring ecosystems and wildlife habitats. Led by our expert guides, the nature connection walks will allow participants to slow down, observe, and engage with the landscape in a mindful way, fostering a deeper connection to nature. Whether planting trees, surveying butterflies, or simply walking through the wilder landscape, these experiences offer both a sense of purpose and a grounding escape from the usual pressures of the workplace.
-
Our team-building activities are thoughtfully designed to bring colleagues closer together through shared experiences in a relaxed, creative, and inspiring environment. Options include yoga sessions that encourage a present mind and body, outdoor adventure challenges that promote collaboration, or group craft projects where creativity can flourish. These activities are not just about fun, but also about helping teams develop trust, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Understanding the critical issues of climate change and biodiversity loss is crucial for any forward-thinking organisation. Our interactive workshops explore these global challenges, offering your team an opportunity to consider the science, impacts, and potential solutions in an engaging and participatory way. These sessions provide practical insights on how we can respond to these challenges, from an individual to a corporate level.
If you’re travelling from further afield, there are numerous local options available for accommodation, including our own glamping cabins and bespoke bell tents on site.
